Terry Zheng- Property Specialist, Business Coach, Certified Openn Negotiation Agent

After spending 8 years as a High School teacher in China, he quickly discovered his knack for sales. He has, since, spent the next 28 years pursuing excellence in the art of sales, communication and negotiation after he came to Australia. Along the way, he has achieved several wells deserved accolades, including being the top agent in Queensland for a leading Australian Telecom, the 2nd highest achieving agent in a Fortune 500 Company with his business group turnover in excess of $10 million sales in in Australia and New Zealand.

He was involved in Network Marketing for 8 years after that he then spent the next 3 years as a co-founder of an international network marketing company in Asia responsible for setting up a number of offices across Asia. Duelling that time, he also joined the world's #1 business coaching company and acted as a master business coach in Asia.

He ventured into real estate sales with one of the large real estate network groups in 2012 and became a top-performing sales agent within the first year and been rated as the top 1% real estate agent in Australia, he soon became their business partner and a director in their newly created company specialising to assists developers in project marketing, investment property sales, finding investment projects, fundraising etc, as an investor, professional business and property investment coach, he also providing property Education and Mentoring to the Asian Community in Australia and International market.

KY Tan -Senior Business & Property Advisor

Senior Corporate Accountant with over 30 years of commercial experience in Auditing and in the Manufacturing, Shipping and Logistics, Life Insurance and Funds Management industries and in the Pay-TV, Broadband and Telecommunication sector across the UK, New Zealand and Singapore. Prior to his retirement in Brisbane, Australia, he was the CFO and VP of Corporate Services of Singapore Cable Vision Ltd (SCV) from 1994 through 2003. He was overseeing the Treasury and Finance Dept., Purchasing, Legal, HR, IT and Strategic Planning.

SCV built the Fibre Co-Axial National Broadband Network in Singapore to offer Pay-tv, Broadband and Telephony services in the island nation. It was later merged with its sister company, Starhub Ltd, to become the second full-service telecommunication company in Singapore.

Prior to that, he had played a major role in the privatisation of the New Zealand Shipping Corporation and its International Shipping Agency subsidiary and also in the financial restructuring of the National Mutual Life Association and National Mutual Funds Management in New Zealand, as a senior member of their management team. He holds a Professional Qualification that has been assessed by Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a Master in Business Analysis(MBA), School of Management Science, Unite Kingdom.
